Andree "Andi" Deifel,

Andi Deifel, APRN, PMHNP is a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner dedicated to providing comprehensive, evidence-based mental health care. With over a decade of experience in direct patient care, she brings a strong clinical foundation and a patient-centered approach to the treatment of complex psychiatric conditions.

Andi earned her undergraduate degree in Kinesiology from the University of Kentucky (2005), her Nursing degree from Midway College (2008), and both her Bachelor’s degree (Magna Cum Laude, 2013) and Master’s degree (2016) in Nursing from Indiana Wesleyan University. She later completed specialized training and became boarded in psychiatry, expanding her expertise in the diagnosis and management of mood disorders, anxiety disorders, trauma-related conditions, and other complex mental health concerns.

At Bluegrass TMS, Andi focuses on individualized psychiatric treatment planning, including medication management and advanced interventional options such as Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS) for treatment-resistant depression. She is committed to helping patients who have not achieved adequate relief through traditional therapies by offering innovative, research-supported alternatives in a compassionate and structured clinical environment.

Having practiced primarily in the Bluegrass, Andi understands the unique stressors and barriers to care that many patients face. She prioritizes collaborative treatment, education, and long-term wellness strategies to help patients regain stability and improve quality of life.

Andi lives in Lexington, Kentucky, with her husband, three children, and her dog. She remains actively engaged in her community and is passionate about expanding access to high-quality mental health care across the region.
